I love you just the way you are.

BE WELL WHERE YOU ARE is dedicated to finding wellness exactly where you are right now. So many times we feel pressured by new societal standards to support big unsustainable goals to change everything about ourselves so that we can be healthier or achieve optimal wellness. Human beings are naturally equipped with the tools for basic wellness. You are well just as you stand today. Sure, maybe you can lose a few pounds or be a little shapelier. Maybe you have some health issues to conquer. Maybe you can get more sleep at night or less stress during the day. These issues can be addressed by taking small steps. You can make new healthy habits by making daily changes to your routine instead of paying hundreds of dollars to join a gym, obsessing about a new diet plan, or striving to change everything about what you do and who you are. My goal is to love who we are, where we are, and gradually take sustainable steps to get to a better place. Because in the end, we are who we are. We might as well enjoy who we are.
